Model Call Submission Form
I am available on weekdays
I understand that by booking a model call, I give the photographer full creative control of the session. (poses, colours, outfits, props, etc.)
I am willing to pay the $50 non-refundable retainer.
The retainer may be used towards payment for additional digital images.
It is understood that Maia Anstey Photography shall own the copyright of all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio.
